TIDY LIFE takes a hands-on, collaborative approach to organizing. The de-cluttering aspect in particular can be an emotional process as well as a physical one. That's why we prefer to work one-on-one with you throughout the entire project if possible. We arm you with tips and techniques to help you make informed decisions and solid progress toward your organizing goals.

Not sure what your organizing goals ARE, or where to start? Our knowledge of proven organizing methodologies will ensure we get to the heart of the matter, discover possibilities for your space, and measure progress against an agreed-upon, logical plan of attack.

How It Works

The journey to your tidy life will look a little something like this:

  1. Give yourself a break!
    DON'T waste time spinning your wheels. DO give yourself permission to ask for help. TIDY LIFE will conquer the clutter so you can move on with your life.

  2. Give us a call.
    Let's chat and see if we're a good match. This includes a 15-minute phone assessment to give us an idea of your starting point. If you're serious about getting organized we can book your initial consultation.

  3. Give us the tour.
    This 60-90 minute initial consultation takes place on-site at your home or office. We'll discuss your organizing needs and dreams for each space, and start talking about a plan of attack. We'll even share some tips with you on the spot!

  4. Get Organized!

    Let's schedule our hands-on organizing sessions! We can tackle just 1 project or work through everything identified during your initial consultation. We work in sessions of at least 3 hours to ensure progress without burning out. How long your project will take depends on several factors. Our hourly rate includes use of our "traveling toolkit" of basic organizing supplies such as cardboard boxes, trash bags, labels, etc. as needed during your project.

    TIDY LIFE also provides additional time-saving services for your project:

    • Shopping for organizational products within a budget you provide
    • Donation drop-offs at local charities, and receipts for your records

  5. Stay Organized.
    Clutter and chaos have a way of creeping back when you're not looking. With our Maintenance Program for existing clients, TIDY LIFE can make routine organizing visits to help you stick with your commitment to organization! Maintenance Programs are eligible for our package discounts.

 

Service Area

Baltimore City and surrounding metro area. Hourly rates apply for travel in excess of 30 minutes from our office in South Baltimore.

 

Package Discounts

Pre-paid orders for organizing services will receive the following discounts:

  • 10% off the purchase of 20 hours = 2 hours free!
  • 15% off the purchase of 40 hours = 6 hours free!

Pre-paid hours are non-refundable and expire 4 years from date of purchase. Package hours are for organizing sessions only and cannot be applied to shopping services, donation drop-offs or distant travel.

Our current clients are eligible for referral rewards - for every new client you refer who completes 10+ hours of organizing services with us, you will receive 1 hour of organizing services FREE as a thank you from TIDY LIFE!

 

Payment Policy

Payment for services and products is due at the conclusion of each visit. Alternatively, you may appreciate the savings and convenience of our pre-paid package discounts. TIDY LIFE accepts payment by:

  • Cash - Exact change only.
  • Check - Payable to Tidy Life, LLC. The penalty for returned checks will be 1.5 times the fee we are charged by our bank.
  • Credit Card - VISA, MasterCard or Discover





Appointment & Cancellation Policies

TIDY LIFE does not call to confirm appointments. It is the client’s responsibility to contact us in the event of an anticipated conflict.

We spend time preparing to meet with clients and require adequate notice to adjust our schedule. Cancelling or re-scheduling within 48 hours of a scheduled appointment will result in a 50% charge of the total amount for the scheduled services. For clients on packages this will be deducted from the remaining hours.

Please be prepared at our scheduled appointment time. Our services begin immediately upon arriving at your location, and we want you to get the most from it!  We will not remain on the premises without the client present, so if you need to leave early, that will conclude the session and cancellation charges may apply.

TIDY LIFE abides by the high standards of objectivity, confidentiality and professionalism outlined in the NAPO Code of Ethics. We are a truly professional organizing company and pledge to serve you with integrity in a non-judgmental and supportive manner. TIDY LIFE keeps confidential any personal, business or contact information you provide us online, over the phone or in person. We will never sell or share your information.
